Scarlett Johansson attends Oscars after difficult year, gets top marks

Scarlett Johansson looks radiant on the Oscar red carpet despite a turbulent year for the Hollywood actress and some recent bad news.

Her father was admitted to hospital earlier in the week for a fall, which could have forced the actress to abandon her Oscar appearance this year, but she came through. The aftermath of her divorce have made the past year a difficult time, but despite all that, her Hollywood personality and good looks have received top marks at this year s Oscars.

Every year the Oscar red carpet is a place for the fashion and film industry to come together in a marriage of clothing and glamour. Scarlett Johansson is among many attendees looking her best. Halle Berry and Anne Hathaway were also highly rated this year on the red carpet ahead of the ceremony

Who are your Oscar favourites this year? Is fashion and film a good pre-ceremony mix?
