Oprah looking for undiscovered talent

NEW YORK, USA Talk show host Oprah Winfrey is giving undiscovered talent the chance to have their very own TV show.

Oprah has teamed up with reality TV producer Mark Burnett, behind such shows as The Apprentice , and a host of other celebrities to search for the next TV star. The new episodes will start to air on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) in January 2011.

In order to take part in this competition, aspiring hosts need to log on to Oprah.com and submit their videos under specific categories such as traditional talk show, cooking, health and wellness, and interior design.

Auditions will be held in person during the month of June in several US cities including Dallas, Atlanta and Orange County.

The Oprah Winfrey Show will end in September 2011. Oprah has been an inspiring figure in mainstream media, and continues to encourage people to get active in their lives.

The host of Your own Show will need big charisma, personality, ideas and innovation to impress.

The competition includes videos from experts such as Lisa Ling , Peter Walsh and William, guiding entrants to make the right choices. Users are also given free online editing software if they don t have any at home.
