BARCELONA, Spain - Shakira has allegedly angered authorities with her latest music video for her upcoming single Loca .
The singer competed filming the video earlier this week including scenes of her dancing in the city s historic water fountain with raving fans and blocking traffic. Unfortunately it appears that a permit was not obtained to shoot the video and it is illegal according to Spanish law to dance in the fountain, a violation of the strict anti-social behavior regulation.
Shakira's music videos tend to delve into the sexy and raunchy and are seen by millions around the world. Despite the potential fine, it is more likely that the subsequent media interest in the incident has given a boost to the video before it is released, and also shed some light on Barcelona itself.
Fans will be eager to see the bikini strapped Shakira because as for now she is so sexy, she's illegal.
