Halle Berry dress style to get costume design honour at CDG Awards

Halle Berry got an A+ for her all in black dress at the Golden Globe Awards but now she is going to receive an honour at the Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards.

The Hollywood actress who is meticulous with her image, and a leading figure in fashion on the red carpet will receive the renowned Lacoste Spotlight Award.

Costume design is one of the most important visual aesthetics in the film industry and the CDG Awards recognizes designers and celebrities alike.

Kristin Davis, star of Sex And The City 2 is set to host the ceremony which will take place on February 22nd, a few days before the 2011 Oscars.

Film Director Joel Schumacher will also be receiving the Collaborator Award , along with renowned costume designer Julie Weiss and the late Michael Denniso.
