Expendables 2 unites unbelievable cast

This summer we will witness 'Expendables 2: Back for War' starring Sylvester Stallone and every major action figure since the dawn of the 70s.

Directed by Simon West, The Expendables 2 brings together the créme de la créme of action and the official, explosive on screen comeback of Arnold Scwharzenegger. It's the best action casting of all time. Just putting this list of actors in sequential order is enough for me to want to see this movie:

Cast: Sly Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Bruce Willis, Jean Claude Van Damme, Jet Li, Chuck Norris, Terry Crews, Dolph Lundgren and many more.

Have we ever seen Van Damme, Arnie, Stallone, Norris and Willis in one movie? Never. Just the cult following of these actors is epic, so when they come together, we're in uncharted territory. It took decades for the collaboration to finally happen and this summer Expendables 2 will be the guaranteed popcorn treat all action fans have been waiting for.

Expendables 2 : The storyline

Mr Church (Bruce Willis) brings together the team of Expendables for a mission, but when one of their men is killed, their hunger for revenge puts them in the firing line of the enemy, only to discover something they didn't expect.

Whether that last bit refers to Aliens, or some time-warped superhuman Universal Solider, Rambo or Terminator put together it's not clear. All we do know is we are unlikely to ever see this type of action casting ensemble ever again. Better savour the moment.
