After 'Terminator Salvation' veered the cyborg story on a different path with Christian Bale, Arnold Schwarzenegger was no longer portraying the iconic character we've admired since 1984.
News of the Terminator reboot has generated a huge debate after Schwarzenegger confirmed that he would get involved in early June. Whether his involvement is merely in a cameo role or to reprise the Terminator role is another question.
However, how will fans get to grips with a Terminator in his mid 60s? Can Schwarzenegger make the ultimate comeback after more than a decade out of the spotlight as the Terminator? After his outing in 'The Last Stand' and 'Expendables 2', Arnie certainly doesn't want to give up on the action but combating his age to look the part, will be an uphill battle.
Shooting is scheduled to start in January 2014 and will be one of three in a potential trilogy (depending on its success).
