Charlie Sheen puts ‘epic winning’ mansion for sale

Charlie Sheen has put his Sober Valley Lodge for sale at a comfortable $7.2 million.

The Sheen of controversy has had many epic parties that have been the focus of Hollywood news for many years. The former ‘Two And A Half Men’ star recently completed his ‘Violent Torpedo Of Truth’ tour with mixed results and a ongoing legal battle with Warner Bros and CBS.

Now that Ashton Kutcher is replacing Sheen, is he looking to downgrade his assets to make up for lost revenues? That doesn’t appear to be the case, as he paid his former wife $1 million to take ownership of it.

According to WSJ, the monthly mortgage would cost a comfortable $46,000.

Will you be tempted by Charlie Sheen’s real estate property, or is the history just too much?
