Black Eyed Peas to hold charity concert for Robin Hood Foundation

The Black Eyed Peas have joined the Robin Hood Foundation charity to kick-start a fundraiser for New York residents living in poverty.

In 2011 there are over 1.8 million New Yorkers currently living below the poverty line with a growing need for support in tough times. ‘Concert 4 NYC’ in partnership with Chase will raise funds that will go towards work-force training, counseling, homeless shelters and soup kitchens, giving back to the community that just needs that extra helping hand.

60,000 people are expected to attend the fight against poverty concert and you can be part of it too this June in Central Park.
